Black Hills, Badlands & Lakes is the regional tourism association offering a great website with information about local lodging, dining and attractions.
South Dakota Department of Tourism is the state agency that oversees and promotes tourism in South Dakota. Their site will be a valuable tool when planning your vacation.
Rapid City Convention and Visitors Bureau is a great source for information about Rapid City and the Black Hills. It covers everything from visitor travel packages to economic development and everything in between.

Rushmore Cave Where winding passageways lead you 60 million years back in time. Icicle-like stalactites hang from cavern ceilings, while spires of stalagmites rise from the smooth rock floor. The Journey Museum is a great place to begin your Black Hills vacation. You will learn the history of the area and the native people as well as the history of the early settlers. Crazy Horse Memorial is the world’s largest sculpture-in-progress, and frequent drilling and mountain blasts make each visit unique.
